Head of Sales – SaaS Products (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and coach our EU team of Account Executives (5 in the EU), with a path to expanding into a global leadership role overseeing our North American team (2 in NA). Ensure the team consistently exceeds sales targets and grows professionally.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets and ensure long-term growth.
  • Sales Excellence: Provide input into the continuous optimization and evolution of the sales department, ensuring a scalable and efficient sales process across regions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with key departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Implementation Project Management, to align on business goals and optimize the sales process.
  • Sales Process: Oversee and refine the execution of MEDDPIC and Sandler methodologies across the sales team to ensure a structured, results-driven approach.
  • Team Development: Bring energy and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth, helping the team achieve their full potential through regular coaching, feedback, and training.

Are You the ONE?

  • Proven Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in a senior sales leadership position, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving sales success.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge and experience with MEDDPIC and value selling is a must.
  • International Team Management: Experience managing remote teams in different regions (specifically in NA and EU), with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Sales & Strategy: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive ARR growth, optimize the sales pipeline, and deliver scalable results.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written). German is a plus.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools to monitor sales
