JOB KEY RESULT AREAS / MAIN TASKS:

• Has leading roles (e.g. IT-Architect, Tech Lead, Principal Consultant) in data-driven
• IT projects in the areas of data/cloud engineering: project management and
  implementation, building strong customer relationships by delivering excellent
  service
• Have a strong customer network in the Big Data area and generating new leads,
  successfully win small to medium size projects
• L&E and sales: recognizing opportunities and risks & using the network in Big Data
  area. Support the partners in account management
• Close cooperation with decision makers, both internally and alongside our customers
• Analytical thinking regarding internal process optimizations
• Support of Data Engineering/Science strategy for our customer
• Willingness to develop into a Practice Lead role: taking over P&L responsibility for
  the practice, hiring, development of people, structure, and processes of the team and
  etc. Act as an entrepreneur – feel like it’s your company

Experience / Skills:

• Six to seven years of experience in the area of Data/Cloud Engineering/Science & consultancy
• Experience with managing projects as well as hands-on implementation of the Data Engineering/Science projects
• Network in Data/Cloud Engineering/Science area
• SCII: Experience in sales and presales of small to medium size projects is a plus

EDUCATION:

• AP: Experience in sales and presales of small to mediumsize projects
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Information Management or in similar qualifications
• Certifications in Azure
• Certifications in Data Engineering /Data Science areas

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Excellent programming skills (e.g. Java, Python, Spark; object oriented) Any other language considered a plus
• Strong technical skills in emerging data technologies, especially in the big data areas of Azure
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka
• Development of machine learning models, and ideally practical experience with machine learning pipelines
• Identification, analysis and interpretation of trends and patterns in complex data sets

LANGUAGES:

• German fluent (Interview in German)
• English fluent
