The Job:
· Analysis and optimization of customer processes
· Advice on a CRM vision and roadmap based on added value to the client’s business strategy
· Advising the customer on possible uses of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to optimize business processes
· Documentation of the processes and the proposal for the functional solution architecture
· Presentation of the technical requirements to the customer
· Link between the department and the project/development team
· Facilitation, implementation and documentation of requirements workshops
· Advice on setting up the backlog for (technical) work packages
· Constant technical/procedural contact person during the entire duration of the project
· Support and advice for the Product Owner
· Training / Education
Your qualifications:
· Microsoft Catalyst Certification & Presales Experience
· Knowledge of the following modules is an advantage: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Field Service) Power Platform Configuration & Implementation Microsoft Dynamics/ Power Platform certification is an advantage
· Requirement Engineering
· IREB CPRE certifications are an advantage
· Backlog structure (DevOps, Jira)
· Agile project methodology
· Process Visualization Knowledge
· Ability to deal with conflict and goal-oriented communication (in German and English)
