In developing algorithms and analytics for energy-efficient, energy-spot-market based e-mobility applications (e.g. price-based charge management, community charging) you program the energy transition
You design and implement backend services for customer centric energy applications (CO2 footprint forecasting, EV wallbox control via IoT, PV and self-consumption optimization)
You develop modern APIs (OpenAPI, REST) and apply cloud-native development strategies
You are working with relevant external partners using appropriate agile software development processes and tools in use (e.g. JIRA)
You contribute to and manage the release of relevant technical specifications to continuously optimize the product portfolio and push the evolution of the tech stack
You assist with project planning for technical implementation (resource planning, milestones, quality and costs)
You are responsible for implementing new scaleable applications with particular emphasis on the cloud-based technology platform (front/back-end functions, algorithms, data models, database structures)
You contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Your skills are needed:
You own a degree in computer, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in software development (Java Spring Boot / Python, nice to have: Frontend, .NET) for cloud-based applications (ideally using Kubernetes / Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform) and databases (PostgreSQL, Influx, …)
You are good at verbal and written communication and negotiation as well as working in multi-disciplinary and cultural teams, including global partners
You are fluent in at least one language (English or German) and have some competence in the other language
