ServiceNow Solution Architect m/w/d

Description:

  • Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes, ITSM, ITOM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Implement technology-specific best practices and standards to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective approaches.
  • Review and refine designs for usability, testing scenarios, and test cases.
  • Coordinate testing activities and ensure applications meet expected quality standards.
  • Produce and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, troubleshooting guides, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation, providing architectural control.
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Participate in the configuration of new applications during planning, development, and rollout phases.
  • Evaluate new features, conduct comprehensive analysis, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay informed about technological advances, continuously researching and assessing new resources and technology available for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, leading assignments and teams while mentoring others.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Industry experience.
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a must.
  • Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow Experience is MUST
  • Minimum 2 implementations of ServiceNow experience are required.
  • Should have at least 1-2 version upgrades experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes is essential.
  • Extensive ServiceNow administration experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript and AngularJS.
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
  • Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC
  • ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM); Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management Professional (CSM Pro)
