A critical role in the delivery of customer requirements as an SAP FICO Support consultant you will be working on: Service Requests, Incident Resolution, Problem Management and Minor changes within ITIL Methodology & SLAs. As well as supporting other technologies including house owned products, working with Senior Consultants assisting in workshops and requirement gathering phases.
