Role/Project description

Take responsibility for establishing and leading an operations team. Establish and later on champion processes for incident, problem, and change management within the IAM Product Line in close collaboration with the Operations team of the program
Release & operations management: Oversee, and proactively manage internal and external dependencies together with architects, product management and delivery to minimize operational impact.
Delivery support: Collaborate and validate with the Product Delivery Lead the readiness phase of products, prior operationalization within the product line.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA team members, implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure the high quality of delivered products and services.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and skill development within the relevant teams
Effectively utilize and integrate observability into our operations processes, acting as requester towards observability stakeholders in order to gather and measure the performance of our services against SLIs and SLOs Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact service quality, ensuring smooth operations.

 

The individual must be at a senior-level in product operations in a cloud native delivery settings with proven skills and have the following experience.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, adapting to agile and DevOps methodologies forsoftware development.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainablesolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and addressing technical challenges.
