Managing Consultant Microsoft AI m/w/d

Your responsibilities:

• You are an AI Senior Consultant who supports client projects in various industries, with a focus on Azure Open AI technology.
• You are a part of the fast-moving AI team , responsible for designing and building state-of-the-art solutions using the Microsoft stack.
• Your role involves bringing new solutions, trends, and technical advices to the team.
• You oversee AI projects under your responsibility from start to finish.
• Additionally, you serve as SPOC with clients and conduct requirement analysis workshops, status meetings, presentations, and more.
• Are part of the discussion defining the ongoing AI Portfolio
• Mentor and grow a Team of AI Experts

Your profile:

• Experience with Microsoft’s AI solutions, including Azure Open AI, Cognitive Search, Cosmos DB, Power Platform, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of AI concepts such as NLP, Prediction models, Vector Databases, neural network, data preprocessing
• Previous experience working on AI projects for clients, bringing valuable knowledge and references to the team.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft tools is a plus, such as Azure functions, Power Platform, MS Dynamics, etc.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Familiarity with agile processes.
• Good understanding of CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) processes is a plus.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
