We’re currently looking for a (Junior) Consultant Data Engineering for an established Data Consultancy based in Munich.

Tasks:

1. Working with data, algorithms and numbers
2. Data modelling, DWH and DataVault
3. Database, ETL, Application or Web Service development
4. Parallel, Batch and Stream-processing
5. Software development
6. Design and develop real-time data driven solutions

Prerequisites:

1. Bachelor / Master’s degree in, Computer Science, Physics, Information Management or comparable
2. Java / Scala, Python, C/C++, or SQL
3. Openness to occasional travel
   
4. Fluent in English and German
5. Nice to have:
   • Spark
   • Experience of ETL/ELT and Data-Warehouse Systems (DWHs)
   • Distributed data processing systems and databases
   • Knowledge / Experience with Hadoop, Kafka, AWS
