Position Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate IAM Delivery Lead to join our international team. In this role, you will be instrumental in structuring and implementing IAM products , facilitating the IAM team to ensure seamless execution.As an IAM Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for long-term product planning (1 year), mid-term cycles (3 months), and short-term sprint planning (2 weeks). A key aspect of your role will be to manage versioning across different IAM products while aligning with other Delivery Leads from various product lines to coordinate dependencies effectively.Your work will be defined by close collaboration with the IAM Architect, Product Owner, and Operations Lead, ensuring a well-integrated and strategic approach to IAM delivery.

Targets in that Position
• Strategic Product Planning: Define and oversee the long-term roadmap (1 year), mid-term cycles (3 months), and agile sprints (2 weeks) for IAM products.• Versioning & Dependencies Management: Plan and manage version releases of IAM products while ensuring alignment with other delivery leads on dependencies across product lines.• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with IAM architects, product owners, operations leads, and other teams to ensure seamless IAM integration and implementation.• Delivery Execution & Team Facilitation: Guide the IAM team in executing projects efficiently, fostering a high-performance culture within an international environment.• Process Optimization: Establish and improve IAM delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with security standards.• Risk & Compliance Alignment: Ensure IAM products align with regulatory, security, and compliance frameworks• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in IAM product delivery.• Adoption & Integration Support: Support the adoption and integration of IAM solutions across the enterprise, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency
