We are seeking a talented Freelance DevOps Engineer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment, testing, and monitoring.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Configure and manage containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.
Implement and enforce security best practices, including access control and data encryption.
Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps and cloud computing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA) are a plus.
