Preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
Carry out day-to-day operations in all areas of accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, payments, fixed asset accounting, etc.)
Coordinating financial operations
Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud
Collaborate with an executive team to establish more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a companys ledger
Analyzing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning
Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards
Cooperation with internal and external partners (insurance companies, customers, tax advisors, auditors)
Contact person for managers and employees for all matters arising in the area of activity
Needed qualifications
5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
Familiar with German GAAP and the preparation of Financial statements according to HGB
Experienced contact person in all areas of finance
Secure knowledge of German tax law, especially VAT and CIT, experience with TP models application.
Basic Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
Experience in team management is an advantage
Experience in international environment is a benefit
